Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we hope to offer you the best possible service when you purchase from AZM Displays. Before you make a purchase, PLEASE MAKE SURE to check the dimensions of the product and make sure it's the right size for you. We give our customers ample time to inspect and check your packages. Due to the high manual labor associated with returns, it costs small business like ours to process a return which is why a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Returns can be processed within 30 days of the shipment date. Unfortunately if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Even if an item states "free shipping", there is always a shipping cost incurred for us. That amount is non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first and request a RMA and the reason for return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ANY BROKEN PIECES IN RETURN SHIPPING WILL CAUSE REJECTION OF RETURN. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be returned and refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted time, please double check your bank account then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, you may contact your bank for further information. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Unfortunately, due to the nature of sale items, they cannot be refunded. Please read all the dimensions and the description of the products carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges are accepted at this time. Please read all dimensions on our product carefully before making a purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
